SITE EXECUTION & SUPERVISION

We check concrete slump tests, rebar spacing, brick jointing, electrical conduit drops, and waterproofing on site daily.

03 / DELIVER

ZERO DEFECT HANDOVER

Final execution inspection, joinery fit-out check, lighting calibration, and handover aligned with architectural working drawings.
